To kick off SLASHTOBER we're going back to the origins of the slasher, discussing the movie that kicked off the craze (surprisingly, it's not Psycho) through the late 70s/early 80s boom that brought us some of the big boys: Halloween, Friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm Street.
